The current owner pointed out they were not responsible for these closets. By the way, it looks like the guy is sleeping here while he packs and moves. :( feel bad about that.

This is the top story of the Tri Story. Its a 350 sqft office with an extra side room for storage. This room will be getting paint, hardwood floors and new closets.

The kitchen. The only thing staying is the tile. Everything else is being removed and a whole new kitchen with pretty much the same layout will be put in place sometime late July.

The wine cellar will take a bit. I need to close up the window, insulate the room and then purchase cooling, pull out the curent cooling, paint and purchase racking
