Leslie Fisher > One of the things on the inspection report was the fact there was junk on top of the patio. My friend Michelle jumped up there and started tossing all sorts of stuff including shingles that do not match my current roof!

Leslie Fisher > My clean patio top! Check out the scared geek on the left. This is about the top of my guts level.

Leslie Fisher > Next up was this weird shade cover. Once again Michelle was fearless and removed it.

Leslie Fisher > TA DA! Michelle had a great idea about putting in some crawling ivy to start to cover up the patio

Leslie Fisher > This is the perfect example of seasoned homeowner vs new homeowner. I would have no idea how to get rid of the carpet in the wood storage. Michelle had no issue. I forgot to take the after picture. Maybe tomorrow once I vacuum it.

Leslie Fisher > So, there is this really old Skylight on the patio. Michelle is still determined to either find a replacement or clean the thing. I am not complaining!

Leslie Fisher > RAILINGS!! I was just thrilled to see the old railing removed.
